SoleRest™ is a slim mat that sends gentle EMS pulses through tired feet while you sit. No bending down, no rolling, nothing to hold on to. Unroll it, press start, and let it run.

SoleRest™
  • 30 days to change your mind. Try it at home; send it back if it is not for you.
  • Ships within 1–2 business days. Tracking emailed as soon as it leaves.

Before you order: do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, or have a known blood clot. If you have diabetes, reduced feeling in your feet, or a heart condition, talk to your doctor first.

Tired of dealing with heavy, sluggish legs?

When standard stretching isn't enough and traditional massagers fail to provide that deeply refreshed feeling, every step can feel like an uphill battle. SoleRest™ can help you break free from daily fatigue. Our gentle EMS technology targets the exact muscle groups in your feet and lower legs to stimulate healthy muscle activity and ease everyday tension. Just minutes a day is all it takes to make moving easier, feel steadier on your feet, and upgrade your daily wellness routine.

Why people keep using it

  • Sit-down simple. Unroll it, place your feet flat, press start. Nothing to grip, twist, or hold.
  • You control the intensity. Multiple modes and adjustable levels, from barely-there to deep and buzzing. Start low and work up.
  • Fifteen minutes, then it stops itself. A built-in timer ends the session, so it's fine if you doze.
  • Rechargeable. Charges over USB; no batteries to keep replacing.
  • Folds flat and disappears. Slides under a couch or into a drawer between sessions.

Two ways to buy it

  • SoleRest™ Basic — 8 intensity modes.  Controls are on the pad itself.
  • SoleRest™ — 19 intensity modes, easily adjustable + a handheld remote so you can change modes without leaning forward. Worth it if bending down is the reason you wanted this in the first place.

What EMS actually is

Electrical muscle stimulation sends mild electrical pulses through the pad to the muscles in the soles of your feet, prompting them to gently contract and release. It's the same broad principle behind the massage pads used in spas and relaxation studios. Most people describe it as a light tingling that builds to a rhythmic pulsing as you turn the intensity up.

How to use it

1

Unroll it

Lay the SoleRest™ pad flat on the floor in front of your chair or couch. It weighs almost nothing and folds away after.

2

Bare feet on top

Skin contact is what carries the pulses, so socks and slippers come off. Sit back and get comfortable.

3

Press start

Pick a mode, raise the intensity until it feels good, and leave it. It switches off on its own after 20 minutes.

In the box

  • SoleRest™ foot pad
  • Handheld remote (on the Pad + remote option)
  • USB charging cable
  • Quick-start guide

Good to know

  • Multiple modes and adjustable intensity levels
  • Effectively silent, so television and reading are fine
  • Folds flat and slides under a couch between uses
  • Works on bare skin only — socks block it completely

Questions people ask first

What is the difference between the two options?

The pad on its own has its controls built in, so you lean forward to change settings. The pad-plus-remote version adds a handheld remote. If bending down is the reason you wanted this, get the remote.

Does it hurt?

It should not. On the lowest settings most people feel a faint tingle, building to a rhythmic pulsing as you turn it up. If any level feels sharp or unpleasant, turn it down. Pleasant is the whole point.

Do I really have to use it barefoot?

Yes. The pulses travel through direct skin contact, so socks or slippers block the effect completely.

How often can I use it?

Once or twice a day suits most people. Plenty of them run a SoleRest™ session in the evening as part of settling down for the night.

Will it work if I have thick calluses?

The sensation can feel fainter on heavily callused soles. Using it after a shower, while skin is softer and slightly damp, usually makes a noticeable difference.

Does it treat a medical condition?

No, and we will not tell you otherwise. SoleRest™ is a comfort and relaxation product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are dealing with a medical problem in your feet, please see a doctor about it.

What if I do not like it?

Send it back within 30 days and we will refund you. Not every body responds to EMS the same way, and we would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is not using the thing.
