Before you write in

A few things we're asked most often:

• Where's my order? You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. Check your spam folder first — that's where it usually is. If it's been longer than the window on our shipping policy, write to us.
• I want to return it. See our return policy, then email us and we'll start it for you. You have 30 days.
• Can I use it if I have a medical condition? We can't give medical advice, and we won't pretend otherwise — please ask your doctor. The situations we know rule it out are listed on the product page.
• It's not working. Check that your feet are bare and the SoleRest™ pad is charged — those two things solve most cases. If not, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Please include your order number if you have one. It makes everything faster.
