All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

If your order doesn't ship within that window, contact us and we'll issue a $10 store credit code as an apology — no questions asked.

How to claim your credit: Email us at contact@solerest.store with your order number, and we'll send your code within 24 hours.

This guarantee covers processing/shipping time only. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Delays caused by incorrect address information or events outside our control (customs, weather, carrier disruptions) are not covered.
